This side project plays with a classic board game and gives it a fun twist for Beijingers. With some special tweaks, including a whole set of Chance/Community Chest cards that will make you laugh, take a look and see what you think.

PUB CRAWL EDITION
Having been inspired by a similar game which tracked all of the properties in London, the idea for a Beijing version came to me. The first edition of the Pub Crawl board, which took place in February 2021, was spread across the CBD, Sanlitun and Gulou area but getting between the areas was a challenge. As such, it was tweaked to be centralised around the CBD and Sanlitun only. The first attempt at the new board will take place in March 2021.
A fun element is using the Chance/Community Chest cards to 'split bills' and 'pay me' through WeChat as you travel around the bars...
The aim of the game is to stop at every bar on the board, having one drink at each place coloured property. This means 22 drinks across the day, which is quite a commitment! The record so far is 18 of 22 bars reached, so let's see who can beat it!
If you and your friends want to try to beat the board, message us for more information as boards are for sale, as are the fine cards. We can also print personalised T-Shirts in any colour and which include a large board image on the back. A special instructional version of the board will be supplied with all of the rules for the game, as well as exact GPS coordinates and Didi entries for each bar location.
